How it works

Vinqlo is simple. You create your profile, meet people who like the same things and talk at your own pace.

Step 1: Create your profile
You join with your organisation's code. On your profile you share what you like: sport, music, TV series, hobbies… It's the starting point for connecting.
Step 2: Discover like-minded people
Vinqlo suggests people with interests similar to yours. It's not about photos: it's about what you enjoy.
Step 3: Chat privately
Once you're friends, you can talk in a private chat. You can send a first message to someone who isn't your friend yet, and it reaches them as a request. It's simple, like a messaging app.

And if you like, express yourself

In the Vinqlo community you can also share what you're doing and how you feel.

Posts
Share some text or a photo on your profile. Your posts stay on your profile until you decide to delete them.
So you don't have to keep checking to avoid missing out. And it's easier to supervise.
Statuses
Share how you're feeling today with an emoji and a short sentence. The whole community can see it, and you can change or delete it until the day ends. It's just for today, so you don't feel pressure to keep checking your phone.

Voice messages
If you'd rather talk than type, record a voice message of up to 2 minutes. You can pause while recording, and if you leave without sending it, it's saved for later.
Reply to a message
Swipe a message or tap “Reply” to answer exactly what someone said. That way the conversation is easier to follow.
Badges and streaks just for you
Earn badges and streaks by using Vinqlo at your own pace. Only you can see them: no rankings, no comparisons. And if you can't make it one day, a wildcard saves your streak.
Notifications your way
Choose which notifications you want and set “do not disturb” hours. Notifications never show the content of your messages on the lock screen.
Reactions and comments
Like a post with a double tap, or press and hold the heart for “love” or “cheer”. You can also comment on posts.
Search by interests
Find people by their username or by something you both enjoy, like “football” or “drawing”, and send them a friend request.

Report and block
If you see something that isn't right, you can report it. If someone bothers you, you can block them. When you block someone, we get a notice too.
Backed by your organisation
You join with the code from your organisation, so you always arrive safely. The Vinqlo team reviews reports and steps in if something isn't right; your organisation can contact us whenever someone needs help.
Reviewed by people
Reports are reviewed by people on the Vinqlo team, not a robot, within 24 to 48 working hours.
Nobody knows your organisation
Inside the app, nobody can see which organisation you belong to. And your organisation can't see your conversations or what you do on Vinqlo.

Download it whenever you like
From the app's settings you can download a copy of everything that's yours.
Delete your account right away
If you want to leave, you ask to delete your account and everything is erased straight away.
No ads, no selling data
There's no advertising on Vinqlo, and your data is never sold or shared with anyone.
Stored in Europe
The app's data is stored in the European Union.
