Terms and conditions of use
This translation is for information only. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Vinqlo app. By creating your account, you accept them. Each person creates their own account and accepts these terms themselves.
2. Who can use Vinqlo
- People aged 16 or over.
- You can only join with an organisation's invitation code.
- One account per person, with real details: pretending to be someone else is not allowed.
3. What Vinqlo is
Vinqlo is an app for making friends through shared interests. It is not a dating app and it does not guarantee any particular outcome from conversations between people.
4. Rules of conduct
Harassment, insults, threats, pretending to be someone else, sharing other people's personal data, spam, posting inappropriate, offensive or illegal content, or using the app for anything other than its intended purpose are not allowed. If these rules are broken, we can remove content and suspend or delete the account.
5. Moderation
You can report a person, a post, a comment or a message, and block anyone. When you block someone, the Vinqlo team is notified too.
Reports are reviewed by people on the Vinqlo team within 24 to 48 working hours. We can remove content, suspend or delete accounts and, if their help is needed, let the organisation know.
For any notice or complaint, write to us at vinqlo.app@gmail.com.
6. Your content
What you post is yours. You allow us to show it within the app until you delete it. You can edit or delete your posts at any time.
7. Liability
Vinqlo helps people meet each other, but it cannot guarantee how each person behaves. If something isn't right, report it or block that person, and we will review it.
8. Leaving Vinqlo
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by writing to vinqlo.app@gmail.com. Everything is deleted immediately, as explained in the Privacy policy.
9. Changes
These terms and the app may change. If a change is important, we will let you know in the app.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law.
